Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
Any return of product is subjected to the following conditions:
1. We don’t offer returns on change of mind. You can exchange to an item of equal & higher value.
2. Item must be returned within 10 business days of delivery received.
3. Items must be returned with the packing slip, receipt or invoice original packing & material.
4. Item must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.
5. They need to be unwashed, unstained, unworn and not perfumed.
6. If returned is posted after 10 days of the purchase, A admin & handling fee of $7 & returned postage will be changed
7. You are responsible for any cost associated with returning the item/s to us for change of mind exchanges.
8. If the exchange item is of a higher value than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference in price. Your exchanged item will be shipped once you have paid the difference and we have received the returned item.
9. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on underwear, swimwear, or bathroom products, unless the items are: faulty, unfit for the products intended purpose or different to those shown or described to you.
10. Jewelry earring and hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene
11. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
12. All shoes must be returned:
a. in original shoebox (if received with shoebox)
b. Without postage labels.

SENDING A RETURN ITEM BACK TO US
1. Send your return back with your mailing address details (returns form) and the order invoice.
2. Go to contact us, select RETURN & EXCHANGE, email us the tracking number and return form copy.
3. Post your return.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Some basic information to keep in mind.
· Track your return via the delivery service you have used to see if the item has reached our warehouse.
· Allow us 1-4 weeks to process the return
· A confirmation email will be sent to you when we have processed the exchange, return, refund and the replacement is dispatched.
