Returns Refunds Or Cancellations

Sibia Palace wish to indulge your every whim of shopping and we hope you adore and love what you order from us, at Sibia Palace we stand behind the quality of our product, we conduct a thorough inception before our products are shipped to you., but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at sibiapalace@outlook.com.au as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.

RETURN POLICY

For international orders Sibia Palace don’t offer returns or exchange for change of mind. If you have received an incorrect item contact us with photographic evidence and we will look into the enquiry accordingly.

Any return of product is subjected to the following conditions:

1. All items on sale are full and final purchase and cannot be returned

2. We don’t offer returns on change of mind or due to delay in deliveries via postal services. You can exchange to an item of equal and higher value.

3. Item must be returned within 10 business days of delivery received.

4. Items must be returned with the packing slip, receipt or invoice original packing and material.

5. Item must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.

6. They need to be unwashed, unstained, unworn and not perfumed.

7. If returned is posted after 10 days of the purchase, A admin and handling fee of $7 and returned postage will be charged

8. You are responsible for any cost associated with returning the item/s to us for change of mind exchanges.

9. If the exchange item is of a higher value than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference in price. Your exchanged item will be shipped once you have paid the difference and we have received the returned item.

10. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on underwear, swimwear, or bathroom products, unless the items are: faulty, unfit for the products intended purpose or different to those shown or described to you.

11. Jewelry earring and hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene

12. Baby cake smash costumes containing diaper cover bloomers cant be exchanged or returned due to hygiene

13. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.

14. If refund for change of mind is agreed upon, Business will only refund the product price paid at time of the purchase. if any delivery costs were paid they will not be refunded.

15. All shoes must be returned:

a. in original shoebox (if received with shoebox)

b. Without postage labels.

All Accessories must be returned:

c. in original boxes and packaging d. Without postage labels.

 

Breathing Masks Returns Or Refunds

For Health and Safety Reasons All Sales On The Masks Are Final.

No Returns Offered

Each mask is inspected and signed before being packed, use scissors to open the vacuum plastic packing, ripping the packaging can cause mask material to get in way and tear.

Damage while opening, mishandling or extensive stretching can cause the mask to break. Caution is advised.

Each Product is inspected and signed. we don’t offer any refund on damage while customer is opening, handling or using the mask

 

SENDING A RETURN ITEM BACK TO US

1. Send your return back with your mailing address details (returns form) and the order invoice.

2. Go to contact us, select RETURN and EXCHANGE, email us the tracking number and return form copy.

3. Post your return.

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Some basic information to keep in mind.

· Track your return via the delivery service you have used to see if the item has reached our warehouse.

· Allow us 1-4 weeks to process the return

· A confirmation email will be sent to you when we have processed the exchange, return, refund and the replacement is dispatched.

REUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

Sibia Palace does not offer refunds for the following 

  1. No refunds on items which are on sale or on clearance
  2. No refunds for change of mind 
  3. No refunds on chargeback claims without any photograhic evidence 
  4. No refunds due to late delivery 

On Sibia Palace after your order has been placed it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible. After this process has begun, we are unable to amend the order in any way including cancellations, update to address and email and changing items in the order.
