We have partnered with multiple courier services and Auspost to provide you with the affordable and quick delivery

Handling Time: Sibia Palace will process all in stock order between

4-96  hours  

The delivery timeline advertised via postal and courier companies are in general. Please expect some delays & for update check auspost or Sendle website

 

Delivery Options Australia Wide

Express Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days from the time of order has been processed and picked up by courier company. Order processing times for express delivery is with in 4-72 Hours. There will be times when you will select express delivery and depending upon the availibility of the stock and our dispatch location your delivery may be delayed. In this instance Sibia Palace reserve the right to send the item once it is made available and sent according to the courier option which is best suitable.

Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered between 4-10 working days. Order processing time for standard post is 4-96 Hours

Extra days may be taken for local holidays, Australian national holidays, weekends and sale time.

 

Delivery Options World Wide

International Delivery:  Sibia Palace is now offering world wide delivery.

Please select international delivery option for right costings. 

All international deliveries are divided in 3 zones.

New Zealand : Delivery time line is 3-15 business days. Tracking is provided.

USA / Canada / UK Delivery time line is 4 – 25 business days. Tracking is provided.

Rest of the world. Delivery time line is 5-25 business days. Tracking is provided.

Currently international deliveries are not insured. For ease of mind contact us to add insurance after placing the order. 

 

Insurance : All Local Australian Orders with Sibia Palace are insured for lost in transit

Claiming requirements:

  1. The parcel has been lost in transit: that is, it was lost after it was scanned as picked up from sibia palace, and before it was scanned as delivered (either with Authority To Leave or with a signature)
  2. You must have made the initial enquiry no more than 20 business days since the last date in the delivery ETA range
  3. You cannot claim insurance if your parcel is also covered by a third-party insurance provider and have already filed a claim with them

 

Purchasing Online

· All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.

For International Orders the charges are converted in your Countries relevant currency

· When placing your order, please ensure you double check the size prior to payment to avoid any delay in processing your order.

· All stock is subject to availability. Actual colors of the products may vary as every computer monitor has a different color reception capability so everyone sees these colors differently. We try our best to edit and make our photos as life-like as possible. But we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor screen depicts the true color of the product. Sibia Place is not responsible for any items that run out or are discontinued while displayed online. Please check the size guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct size. Orders received will be fullfilled according to the inventory. You can recieve your order in single or multiple parcels. Sometimes things get out of stock. If thats the case yoru partial order will be processed and delivered as per the delivery option selected. Out of stock item refund will be processed to your original payment method.

 

Receiving Your Order

· Please check your order against the packing list before opening or using the items. If there is any discrepancy, please contact Customer Service at sibiapalace@outlook.com.au and we will endeavor to respond to your query within 72 hours.
